Description:

Our client is a leader in FinTech solutions globally, they are now seeking an experienced Partner Education & Scaled Learning Lead to architect, build, and optimise a digital‑first partner learning and adoption engine across the UK and international markets.

In this role, you will own the end‑to‑end scaled education strategy ecosystem across multiple regions. You will combine deep practitioner insight with platform expertise to translate complex product capabilities, frequent launches, workflow friction points, and regulatory changes into high‑impact, scalable learning journeys. You will define the education content architecture across 1st‑ and 3rd‑party touchpoints, building practitioner trust, driving feature adoption, and accelerating revenue growth at scale.

What you'll do

* Architect, design, and execute multi‑format learning paths (live/on‑demand webinars, interactive walkthroughs, self‑guided digital experiences, short‑form lessons) across owned channels and industry platforms.

* Translate complex platform updates, workflow friction points, and regulatory shifts into practical, engaging educational content that drives confidence, product mastery, and measurable business impact.

* Lead and deliver all scaled practitioner education touchpoints, partnering cross‑functionally with PMM, GTM, Product Enablement, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.

* Work with Lifecycle & Growth Marketing to embed learning into automated nurture streams, onboarding journeys, and adoption pathways across the customer lifecycle.

* Build repeatable frameworks, modular content architectures, and efficient production models to deliver localised, high‑impact learning journeys across multiple countries with minimal operational overhead.

* Define and track the business impact of scaled education beyond attendance — proving activation, feature adoption, retention lift, and pipeline/revenue conversion.

* Use quantitative analytics, learner feedback, and modern AI‑driven tools to optimise performance, accelerate content production, and maximise channel leverage.

What we're looking for

* 7+ years in B2B SaaS, fintech, or multi‑product environments driving growth through customer or partner education. Backgrounds in Partner/Channel Marketing, Customer Education

* Proven ability to connect educational touchpoints directly to business growth metrics: adoption, active usage, retention, and revenue conversion.

* Deep empathy for practitioner audiences and the ability to quickly understand technical workflows and regulatory updates.

* Hands‑on creator with expertise across digital learning platforms, vendor management, and cross‑functional delivery at scale.

* Track record of embedding digital learning into lifecycle automation, sales enablement, and broader GTM strategies.

* Experience delivering localised programs across multiple markets using automation and AI to minimise operational overhead.

Benefits

* Hybrid working

* Great work enviroment
