Description:
We are delighted to be working with our successful and established client, who are seeking their next Part-time Telesales Executive to join their team based in Chester on a temp-to-perm basis. The office is in a great location with strong transport links.
They are recognised as one of the leading organisations within their sector, with over a hundred highly successful branches operating right across the UK. As Part-time Telesales Executive, you will be representing the business, maintaining excellent customer service at all times.
You will be rewarded with benefits including free onsite parking, flexible working hours, incentives and bonus scheme.
Pay rate: £11.50 per hour + bonus
Working hours: Monday – Thursday either 9am – 1pm or 1pm – 5pm (16 hours a week)
Key Responsibilities:
* Outbound calling (all leads provided)
* Introduction and discovery call
* Identifying potential opportunities for commercial contracts
* Arranging appointments for the sales team
* Follow up calls.
* Send marketing literature via email where necessary
* Developing customer relationships
* Maintaining lead database and customer records
* Working as part of a small team in a collaborative environment
Minimum Requirements:
* Have previous telesales/telemarketing experience (will consider any industry background)
* Are motivated and target driven!
* Excellent communications skills
* Confident telephone manner and able to build rapport over the phone
* Competent in MS word, Excel, and Outlook
* Love working as part of a team
* Fantastic customer services skills
* A great attitude!
