Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Part-Time Primary School Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a broad curriculum tailored to the individual needs of our students, fostering a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver personalized lessons across all primary subjects, tailored to meet the diverse needs of students with severe and complex needs.
Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapt teaching materials to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, cooperation, and engagement.
Collaborate with support staff, therapists, and parents to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and adjusting teaching methods as needed.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress and attendance.
Participate in professional development opportunities, staff meetings, and school events as required.
Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience teaching students with severe and complex needs in a primary school setting.
Strong understanding of individualized teaching approaches and the primary curriculum.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
