Part-Time Stock Control Administrator – Immediate Start
Are you an experienced Administrator with excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail? We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client, based in Ossett, for a Part-Time Stock Control Administrator to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take responsibility for the Buying and Stock Control function within a busy and successful business.
The Role
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Ordering and receipting stock
Reconciling delivery notes and invoices
Liaising with the Warehouse team to schedule stock takes and ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained
Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties
Assisting with answering incoming calls when required
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
Has previous administration and/or stock control experience
Is confident using Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft Office programmes
Is organised, efficient and able to manage their own workload
Is proactive, forward-thinking and has excellent attention to detail
Is eager to learn and become an important part of a fantastic team
Hours of Work
Wednesday to Friday
Ideally:
Wednesday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am – 3:30pm
There is some flexibility around working hours.
Pay Rate
£13.00 per hour
