Sheps Training Centre & Boarding Kennels

Mansfield

£13.00 - £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Working hours - 2/3 days per week

Part-time Social Media Content Creator and Administrator responsibilities:

Social Media Duties:

Develop and curate engaging content for Sheps Dog Training Centre's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter and Tik Tok.
Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Create and schedule posts to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the company's website.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns and promotions.
Analyse and report on social media performance metrics to track progress and make recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Administration Duties:

Updating and creating spreadsheets and supporting the business owners in all areas of administration that goes with running a dog training centre & boarding kennels
Liaising with customers, staff and suppliers face-to-face, by telephone, text and email.
Raising Invoices
Chasing for payment of invoices
Data entry using Excel
Greeting visitors
Ensuring dogs and kennels are labelled correctly
Main responsibility is to assist the manager and provide general support.
Helping to organise staff rotas.
Implementing procedures and admin systems.
Compliance work, ensuring records are kept up to date
Raising weekly payslips
General administration duties.

Requirements:

Prior experience in social media marketing or content creation.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Proficiency in using social media ability
Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities.
Familiarity with dog training or pet-related industries would be a bonus.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience with graphic design or video editing is a bonus.
Strong administrative skills
