Description:
Simply Education are working with a Primary School in the Spilsby area who are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to work with a learner who has Special Educational Needs.
This post is to start immediately and will run for the remainder of the academic year. The Teaching Assistant will be working 2 days per week in a friendly primary school on the outskirts of Spilsby.
The Teaching Assistant will need to be resilient and have the ability to adapt to various different situations. The Teaching Assistant will need to be able to quickly build up effective relationships with the learner that they are supporting as well as having a good grasp on behavior management strategies.

What do you need to have?
- Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ or experience of work within a similar setting
- Be engaging, fun and flexible where needed
- Able to deal with challenging behaviour
- Have a patient and creative approach
- Bring new ideas, be adaptable and build excellent working relationships
