Part-time Secretary
Brook Street are recruiting for a Secretary to join a fantastic organisation on a part-time (28 hours per week) temporary basis. You will be working from their Cardiff Office in Cathays. This role is for approximately 1 month.
Duties:
Provide secretarial support to officers/senior officers
Diary management
Receive, sort, and read incoming correspondence
Arranging travel
Ensuring all documentation in relation to the area are produced according to organisational guidelinesSkills/experience required:
Experience of working within a Customer Service or administrative environment
Experience as a secretary providing secretarial support
Experience of providing advice and support in person and via telephone, including handling distressed customers
Experience maintaining office filing and information recording systems
Excellent attention to detail
Use of Microsoft Office Packages including Word, Excel, Outlook, internet to a standard level
