Description:
We are seeking to recruit for a part time Business Centre Assistant/Receptionist based in Grimsby. The role is a contract role that runs to end of July 2024 – based on working 3 full days per week – 7.5 hours per day.
Job Specification:
Undertakes reception duties.Assist in setting up conferencing and meeting facilities to suit customer requirements.
Assist in the day-to-day operation of the site.
Provide administrative support – proficient in word, excel, power point, outlook, publisher etc.Organisation of repairs and maintenance.
Processing of invoices, monitoring the collection of rental fees and other support service charges.
Dealing with account arrears, maintenance of financial records and provision of statistical information.
Security responsibilities, locking and unlocking of the site and key holding.
First Aid and Fire Warden responsibilities
Previous experience of working in an office environment, with frontline customer services experience.
Knowledge and understanding of the required compliance with health and safety requirements.
First Aid and Fire Warden trained or willing to complete training.
Organised and ability to work to deadlines.
