Part Time Receptionist

Salary £12 per hour

6 – 9 Month Maternity Cover

Monday – Thursday, 8.30 am – 5 pm – 32 hours

Near Oswestry

We are working with a successful construction business who are looking to recruit a part time receptionist on a fixed term maternity contact for around 6 months with the possibility of an additional 3 months. As the first point of contact for both visitors and clients, you will be providing crucial administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Our client is looking for someone with excellent organisational and administrative skills who has ideally previously worked in a similar industry or has a business or administration qualification.

Duties will include but will not be exclusive to:

* Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner.

* Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.

* Manage the reception area to ensure a positive first impression.

* Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department and provide necessary information.

* Print drawings and documents for Contract Managers and Site Managers as and when required.

* Coordinate office supplies, managing stock levels and ordering provisions as required.

* Agenda and Minute taking as required.

* Chase and file daily site diaries.
