Part Time 28 Hours Per Week

Escape Recruitment Services Commercial Division are recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk on a permanent basis for our client, a large manufacturing organisation based in the Livingston.

Responsible include:

Input purchase invoices and credit notes received
Match invoices to Goods Received Notes
Liaise with internal departments to resolve invoicing queries i.e. purchasing, stores, and budget holders
Deal with suppliers for any enquiries regarding invoices and payments
Ensure adequate budget remains prior to PO approval
Monitor adhesion to payment terms
File invoices following paymentBackground and experience required:

Previous accounts payable/purchase ledger experience
Strong communication skills, confident speaking to internal departments and suppliers
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
Confident IT skills which should include MS Excel and ERP systems
