Portfolio Payroll is supporting a long‑standing organisation with a strong UK footprint to recruit a part‑time Payroll Administrator. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast phased environment, enjoys structured payroll work, and wants a stable, supportive environment with room to grow.
Key responsibilities
Weekly payroll cycles - Handling hours, overtime, deductions and adjustments with precision.
Data accuracy - Maintaining compliant, up‑to‑date employee records and validating payroll inputs.
Statutory support - Assisting with HMRC submissions, statutory payments and pension processing.
First‑line queries - Providing clear, timely responses to employee payroll questions.
Reporting - Producing payroll reports and supporting ongoing improvement projects.
