Part Time Payroll Administrator

Kinetic are looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator for a manufacturing company based in Rochdale. The hours of work are 9am - 3pm Monday to Friday.

As the Payroll Administrator, you will be using SAGE, Microsoft and Excel daily and will also be tasked with:
*Entering data onto database
*Pursuing outstanding orders
*Pursuing quotes for new items from suppliers
*Checking costings
*Answering and making calls
*Purchase and sales invoices

The payroll administrator must have the following to be successful with this part time role:
*Previous experience as a Payroll Admin Assistant
*Minimum 3 years' experience with Sage Accounts
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
*Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
*Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
*Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
*Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships
*Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team

As the Part Time Payroll Administrator, the job will give you:
*£13.50ph (£(phone number removed) PA)
*27.5 hours per week
*On site parking
*Permanent position
