Monday, Tuesday and Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm
Edgbaston location with free onsite parking
Working as a Payroll Administrator for one of the UKs leading recruitment agencies based in our busy Birmingham office in Edgbaston.
PART-TIME PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR
As a Payroll Administrator you will payroll temporary workers on a weekly basis in an accurate and timely manner and ensure our customers are invoiced accurately.
* Administer and produce weekly payroll for processing essential information in the form of individual timesheets
* Invoicing clients
* Liaising between clients and temporary workers
* Timesheet hours analysis
* Inputting temporary worker details onto computer system
* Answering the telephone - professional & clear speaking
* Handling invoices and payroll queries
* Processing invoices for suppliers
* General office duties including photocopying and filing
* Excel/Word/Email
As a Payroll Administrator you must be able to communicate clearly and effectively maintaining a patient and friendly manner at all times.
You must be able to work within the surroundings of a very busy office environment , work to deadlines with impeccable time management.
Previous experience of working with payroll is advantageous.

Friday 08:00 - 17:00
