Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? Do you have experience with office management and accounting software? Our client, a gardening company, is seeking a talented Office Manager to join their team. As the Office Manager, you will oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable using the accounting software Xero. Your strong organisational skills will be put to good use in managing general office tasks and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable using Xero
General office management and organisation
Answering telephone calls
Weekly reporting to accountants
Debt chasing
Sending out invoices and statements by email
Additional tasks based on performanceRequirements:
Ability to work in a systemised and organised way
Clear and concise communication skills
Good attention to detail
Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Xero
Ability with website alterations and upkeep (nice to have)This is a part-time position, offering an hourly rate ranging from £12 to £13.
