Part-Time Office Administrator

Location: Stratford-upon-Avon

Hours: Part-time, Monday – Friday, 10:30 am – 2:30 pm (additional hours may be required during holiday cover)

Salary: £13.50 - £15ph + (performance/profit-related)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Office Administrator to join our clients team in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Role Overview

As an Experienced Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in our daily operations, handling a variety of administrative, sales, operations, and accounts tasks. We are seeking an outgoing, confident professional with excellent computer skills and a meticulous eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

* General Administration: Handling incoming calls and email enquiries, general office duties.

* Sales and Operations: Managing enquiries, processing orders and payments, and providing after-sales service.

* Purchasing/Imports: Updating deliveries, organizing import/export documentation, liaising with suppliers.

* Accounts: Invoicing (Sage Line 50), credit control, setting up new credit accounts, checking supplier invoices/statements, and other general accounts administration duties.

* Liaising: Communicating with suppliers, transport companies, and customers to ensure smooth operations.

* Support: Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.

Essential Requirements

* Proven experience in administration

* Proficiency in Sage 50 (or similar accounting systems) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Fast and accurate data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively

* Highly self-motivated with a strong performance-driven attitude.

* Ability to take ownership of the role and contribute as a key team member

* Willingness to go the extra mile for the business, team, and customers

* 25 days of holiday per annum based on full-time hours (pro-rated for part-time hours) plus bank holidays if they fall on a working day. Some holidays must be taken during the Christmas shutdown.
