We are looking to recruit a part-time Care Navigator for a busy Milton Keynes GP Practice. The role will include dealing with members of the public; answering telephones; booking appointments; processing prescription requests, answering electronic queries and all other Practice based admin. You will be the central hub for the patients, staff and visitors. Experience in a GP Practice would be helpful, but is not essential for the right person.
The hours of work will be 7.45 - 1.30. There is no regular weekend or bank holiday work. You may be asked to work some overtime to cover annual leave/sickness but this would be discussed in advance
