This is a great opportunity to join a well-established ecommerce business nestled in the Hampshire countryside. Due to expansion, they are now looking to take on a new Part Time Marketing Manager in a broad and highly rewarding role.

You will be joining a friendly, passionate and relaxed team where you can really make an impact. Your skills across strategy, email marketing, social media and team management will all be put to good use and you will have the autonomy to make this position your own.

Your role will involve:

* Planning and delivering engaging email marketing campaigns

* Managing the social media strategy across all major channels

* Managing the content calendar

* Identifying ways of improving website conversion & customer experience

* Leading, coaching and developing a small team of marketers

* Developing initiatives to grow business with new and existing customers

You will be the ideal candidate due to your:

* Experience of working with email marketing platforms

* Proficiency with Google Analytics and marketing reporting

* Social media strategy and content planning experience

* Ability to manage freelance writers

* Positive skills with leading and motivating small teams

* Website optimisation and conversion rate improvement abilities

* Strong project management and excellent organisational skills
