We're now working closely with an international company based in Hemel Hempstead to help them find a Marketing Coordinator to join them on a part time basis, on an initial 12-month-FTC.

This is a brand-new role, so it's an exciting opportunity to work with an amazing company who are dedicated to making the world a more sustainable, safer and healthier place.

In the role of Marketing Coordinator, you'd be focussed on providing support to the wider marketing team on all marketing activities, playing a pivotal part in the execution of marketing campaigns and the overall efficiency of the marketing department.

This is very much a part-time and hybrid position, we're ideally looking for someone that would be able to commit to 21 hours, split over 3 days, although they can be flexible on the working pattern; this would also incorporate hybrid working, so some weekly presence in the fairly new Hemel offices would be required.

Initially, this new role is going to be a 12-month contract, but there is a possibility already being discussed of this role possibly going permanent past this.

On offer is a salary of £30k FTE, a very flexible working pattern, plus annual bonus scheme, pension, hybrid working, benefit selection package and more.

Some of the duties will include:

Create engaging and informative email content that aligns with the company's marketing strategy.
Manage and execute email campaigns by scheduling them through HubSpot.
Design and adjust images to fit email templates, social media, and other marketing content to enhance visual appeal.
Work with the wider team to update, develop, and implement automated email workflows to nurture leads and enhance customer engagement.
Maintain and update customer relationship management systems to ensure accurate and current data.
Assist in uploading various marketing materials to digital platforms as needed.
Ensure all marketing content is error-free and maintains a consistent tone and style as per the company brand guidelines.
Work with key marketing stakeholders to produce relevant marketing collateral.
Ensure content is delivered on time and to a high standard.
Manage and schedule social media posts to maintain consistent and timely engagement across all platforms.The suitable candidate:

Proven experience in drafting and managing marketing emails and campaigns
Proficiency in CRM management and email marketing platforms, ideally HubSpot
Strong proofreading skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality marketing material.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including web developers and marketing stakeholders
