Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher to join the school's team on a part-time basis, covering a maternity leave starting in September 2024. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education to Key Stage 2 students, ensuring they receive the support and guidance needed to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes active participation and academic growth.
Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources.
Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to foster strong home-school partnerships.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications.
Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 2, with a solid understanding of the curriculum and assessment frameworks.
Passion for education and a commitment to promoting the well-being and academic success of all students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and parents.
