Part Time Boarding Kennels Administrator
Mansfield
£12 - £15 per hour (depending on experience)
Working hours - 4 hours per day 5 days a week
Prosper Recruitment are assisting a thriving and extremely busy Dog Training Centre in Mansfield who are urgently looking to recruit an Part Time Administrator to support their Owner on a daily basis.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Liaising with customers, staff and suppliers face-to-face, by telephone, text and email.
Raising Invoices
Chasing for payment of invoices
Data entry using Excel
Greeting visitors
Ensuring dogs and kennels are labelled correctly
Main responsibility is to assist the manager and provide general support.
Helping to organise staff rotas.
Uploading photos to social media.
Implementing procedures and admin systems.
Compliance work, ensuring records are kept up to date
Raising weekly payslips
General administration duties.
