Part-Time HR Business Partner
Salary: Up to £60,000 FTE (£48,000 take-home)
Hours: 30 hours/week over 4, or 5 days
Location: London
Hybrid: 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Reports to: Head of People
JGA are working with a leading retail group, seeking an HRBP for the investment arm of their businesses.
Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, induction, talent development, reward, engagement, and career progression.
Support recruitment and onboarding: job descriptions, interviews, offer letters, contracts, pre-employment checks, and IT setup.
Support strategy, change management, and organizational design.
Coach leaders and manage employee relations.
Oversee performance management and development.
Handle all HR administration, including contracts and employee files. Requirements:
CIPD qualified with 5+ years as an HR generalist.
Experience in founder-led businesses is a plus.
Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and employees.
Solid knowledge of UK employment legislation.
