SF Recruitment are excited to be working with a great organisation, who are looking to add an HR Officer to their small team who are very personable and friendly. This role will support around 500 employees - you will work across the whole employee life cycle on areas such as reporting and analytics, recruitment, process improvement, ER casework and much more including some project work happening in the background, you can expect every day to look different for sure.

We are looking to attract candidates that have previously worked in a busy HR environment who have a good understanding of how to support across the whole employee life cycle. Ideally, you will be CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified or working towards, however this is not a deal breaker. If you are looking to give your HR career a push, this is a fabulous opportunity with a lot of exposure that will enable you to do this.

This role is part time, ideally working 30 hrs across the week - you choose how you do this as long as its within core business hours.

Duties within the role:
- Support day to day operations to ensure smooth and efficient running of the HR service to the business
- Work closely in partnership with the HR team to ensure processes are delivered correctly
- Collaborate with other teams within the business - promoting a positive work culture and help support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
