Our client, a dynamic and ambitious life science company based in Penicuik are keen to assign a part-time HR executive to support business growth. This person will support the leadership team to manage and improve current HR processes.
Duties include:
Working in a manner to support employee welfare
Supporting and providing company policies and incentives to promote a happy workplace
Working with the leadership team to develop strategies for personnel development, improve employee relations, talent and employee engagement
Providing an effective HR function to resolve issues appropriately
Providing effective employment law advice at all levels
Managing the recruitment cycle.
The ideal candidate will hold a degree level qualification in HR or have experience at mid-level.
