Part Time HR Administrator
Salary range £25-30k full time equivalent
Gallery Court, Hankey Place, London SE1 4BB
2 days per week (hybrid working)

Role Summary:
As the first point of contact for employee issues, the HR Administrator will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of our HR functions. This position requires a proactive individual who is organised, empathetic and capable of handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
* Manage and administration the company’s various payroll platforms.
* Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing empathy and accuracy.
* Managing staff records on the online portal including onboarding and off-boarding.
* Sending communications to staff including Birthday notifications.
* Liaise with Managers on any concerns raised by employees where appropriate.
* Liaise with external HR team for any HR advice related support.
* Facilitate onboarding and off boarding to our benefits portal.
* Being a supportive function for employees and Managers.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a HR Administrator
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
* Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
