BMC Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively with an organisation based in Sunderland to assist them in recruiting a part time HR administrator to join them on a permanent basis.,
Background
This role is ideal for an HR Administrator or HR Assistant looking for a new challenge or looking to reduce their hours. The role is 2.5 days a week (worked around you) and the role is full time site based.
Duties & Responsibilities
The role will encompass providing support on the full employee lifecycle including:
Managing the on and offboarding process
Ensuring that staff training records are kept up to date and facilitating training where needed.
Maintaining staff records
Liaising with payroll
Managing the visa process for staff who are travelling abroad for work purposes.
Keep accurate records of all performance management and appraisals.
Ensure new starters receive the correct onboarding emails prior to join.
Person specification
Previous HR administration experience is essential.
Ideally you will have experience of visa management.
Ideally you will be CIPD qualified.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
