Job Title: Part Time Health & Safety Administrator
Location: Bromsgrove 
Salary: £13.46 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday - 10am - 3pm (flexible)

Our client is an industry-leading engineering company and is looking for a Part Time Health & Safety Administrator to become an integral part of their dynamic team.
They are dedicated to excellence in engineering solutions and prioritise safety and compliance in all aspects of their operations. As a Health & Safety Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of their contractual processes while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety within their organisation.

Day to day duties will include the following:
• To provide support to Finance Manager & Contracts Manager in all day-to-day operations.
• To keep all Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Documents and systems up to date, and carry out Monthly Checks as required.
• To complete and keep up to date all PQQ information and assessments for Achilles UVDB, Constructionline and other similar Auditing Systems.
• Compile technical information for Operating and Maintenance Manuals and produce complete O&M manuals for all contracts.
• To produce RAMs and Project management documents as required, and assist Contracts Manager in ensuring quality, safety, and production deadlines are adhered to.
• Assist in maintaining and improving our accreditation systems.
• To ensure all contract data is collected, scanned, filed, and archived in a continuous process.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested.

Experience Required:
• Proven experience in contract administration, preferably in an engineering or related industry is desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working with internal CRM's
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices is desirable
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently
