Are you looking for temporary part time work in Hereford?
One of our leading clients within the machinery industry are looking for a part time Financial Administrator.
2-3 days a week (days are flexible)
Between the hours 08:30 to 17:00 (start and finish time are flexible)
15 minutes paid break in the morning – 30 minutes unpaid lunch
£13.50 - £14.50 depending on experience
Duties
Monitoring accounts email inbox.
Liaising with accounts department.
Chasing unpaid invoices.
Answering calls.
Invoicing.
Assisting the Commercial Assistant.
Maintaining the credit card portal.
Using ERP system to maintain records for projects.
Raising PO’s when required.
Arranging travel and accommodation.
Preparing delivery notes when required.
Liaising with suppliers and customers.
Supporting with ISO quality system.
Assisting with any other business matters.2-5 years of administration experience required.
Must have professional and friendly telephone manner.
