Description:
Finance Assistant - 24 hours per week over 3 or 4 days per week.
Near King's Lynn
Working with a fantastic team, this diverse and busy role will involve the following tasks:
Process purchase invoices
Maintain the sales ledger, ensuring invoices are raised accurately
Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
Support payroll administration and assist employees with queries
Support the Assistant Management Accountant with sales packs and month-end administration
Support the preparation of customer on-boarding documentation and related administrative packs.
Assist with company vehicle administration and other business support activities as required.
The person:
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a finance or administration role
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Confident communicating with customers and colleagues
