About The Job:
As a Facilities Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of core office facilities and print/mail processes. Working closely with the Facilities Team Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of service and providing support to colleagues at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating conference room set-up
Managing supplies, office space, and furniture maintenance
Assisting with office moves and desk setups
Maintaining the print room and ensuring cleanliness and organisation
Supporting general repairs and maintenance throughout the office
Taking on additional duties as required by the teamCandidate Profile:
