Estate Planning Administrator/PA
This exciting role requires someone with previous PA/administration experience. Ideally that experience would have been in financial or legal services.
Working from home three days a week (and supplied with a laptop, printer and other necessary stationery) you will report to and support the Head of Estate Planning (HoEP) in a number of areas:
* Loading new information onto our system
* Printing; collating; binding and sending legal documentation out to clients
* Using Royal Mail postal services
* Scanning and saving documentation
* Proactively communicating with existing clients regarding regular reviews
* Making payments as instructed by the HoEP
* Other tasks assigned by the HoEP to support and grow the business
* Occasionally assisting with the organising of events
* Meeting with the HoEP face to face and over the phone on a regular basis, locally
* Fluent in Outlook, Excel, Word with exceptional literacy, presentation and attention-to-detail skills
* Very occasionally required to attend our head office in Central London or organised events
* A flexible, can-do attitude
