Exciting Opportunity Alert! We're currently looking for a ????️ DocuCare Associate to join their team in Greys! ????
???? Working Pattern: Part Time (Monday - Friday, 9am-1pm)
???? Contract Type: Temporary

In this role, you'll be providing top-notch printer support for our National client in Central London. As a DocuCare Associate (DCA), you'll play a vital role in delivering excellent services to our client and ensuring maximum operational efficiency. Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing:
???? Actively engaging in response to break/fix incidents
???? Troubleshooting technical device issues with Office devices
???? Diagnosing and repairing hardware-related problems
???? Managing call incidents and ensuring timely resolution
???? Following All Call Activity (ACAs) to maintain accurate records
???? Maintaining and calibrating system functions via the UI
???? Firmware management and replacement of ERUs (Engineer Replaceable Units)
???? Supporting third-party peripheral devices as needed
???? Utilising specialised tools and systems to perform tasks
???? Assisting with the preparation of Office hardware for installation, relocation, and collection
Requirements:
✅ Strong technical knowledge of Office devices and related troubleshooting
✅ Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware issues efficiently
✅ Familiarity with network configurations and resolution of network issues
✅ Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
✅ Proactive mindset with a focus on preventative maintenance
✅ Outstanding customer service and communication skills
