Part Time Despatch Administrator
Telford
3-4 days per week
1.00 pm to 5.00 pm
£12.25 per hour
On behalf of our client we are recruiting for a part time despatch administrator with a proven previous work history in the same position. The right person needs to have an excellent accuracy, keen eye to details and critical thinking ability.
Job role / duties
- Excellent data entry of dispatched goods
- Completing paperwork for leaving vehicles
- Checking products location against despatch orders
- Producing and issuing despatch paperwork
- Collecting equipment once tests are completed
- Ability to use own judgement
- Ability to work under pressure
To be considered for this role you MUST:
Have excellent written & verbal communication skills
Have very good Excel and data entry ability
Have excellent eye to details
Have worked in Logistics/Supply Chain/Warehouse previously
Be numerate & literate
Be flexible & adaptable
