Description
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be handling a range of insurance and product queries over the telephone, webchat and email ensuring the best level of client care is provided at all times!
You will be working closely with new customers and existing promoting additional services, products and packages informing customers of what else could be available for them to maximise the customers experience.
The role will be very varied and fast paced making sure service level agreements are exceeded.

Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds
