Job Title: Part Time Customer Service Advisor
Location: Havering
Term: 3 months initially
Rate: £15.20
Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join their dynamic Housing and Environmental Services team. This exciting role involves handling a variety of inquiries related to housing, homelessness, waste management, potholes, trees, parks, and street lighting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and care.
Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding various services.
Resolve issues and concerns effectively, even in challenging situations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What the Organisation Offers:
Initial office-based training in Romford for approximately 6 months.
Transition to a flexible hybrid working model post-training, allowing some days to be worked from home.
Part-time role at 21 hours per week, with working hours between Monday and Friday, from 8:50 am to 5:02 pm (specific days and hours can be discussed).
Ideal Candidate:
Possesses excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult customer interactions.
Quick to learn various services and IT systems.
Previous experience in a call centre or busy customer service environment is highly advantageous.
Maths test will be conducted at interview stage
