Job Title: Part-Time Customer Service Advisor 

Location: Farnborough, 100% office based

Salary: £22,880 Pro-Rata'd

Shifts Available:

Sun 12-8 & Mon 10-6 (15hrs)

Mon & Sat 12-8 (15hrs)

Sat 12-8 & Mon 10-6 (15hrs)

Mon, Fri & Sat 9-2 (15hrs)

About the Role: Our client, a leading fintech company, is on a mission to make financial education accessible and enjoyable. As a customer service advisor, you will ensure a smooth and simple process for all customer queries.

Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

Use our client's systems to answer email, phone, and live chat queries
Promptly address queries and comments made via social media
Answer general technical queries about the website and mobile app
Handle queries regarding customer statements and financial activity
Provide friendly, helpful advice to all customers-
Perform administrative tasks (monitoring risk alerts, one-off tasks, etc.)
Support Member Services Management
Make customer call-backs
Respond to social media contacts on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram

Exhibit excellent organisational skills
