Description:
A well-established electrical company in Braintree are recruiting a Part Time Customer Service Administrator to join their team asap! This position is paying up to £12.00 per hour on a temporary - permanent basis.
Flexible on the hours and days - although a Friday is definite. Ideally Monday and/or Tuesday and Friday with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. They could potentially accept school hours the the right candidate.
Key Customer Service Administrator duties for this position include but are not limited to:
Processing customer orders and making necessary amendments.
Sending customer's their order acknowledgements and corresponding documents.
Maintaining and exceeding customer service level standard with current and new customers.
Liaising with transport regarding customers deliveries.
Liaising with production/warehouse regarding product and order lead times.
Support with Website customer's orders and updates.
Support with customer shipment process.
Assisting with any other admin duties.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Customer Service Administarator position:
Knowledge of the Priority ERP system (advantage).
Have previous office experience and being on the phones ideally taking orders.
Numeracy and literacy levels equivalent to GSCE Grade C.
Manufacturing industry experience would be advantageous.
High level of numeracy/attention to detail.
Pro-active and responsive to customer (internal and external) requirements.
