Part time - Customer Service Administrator

Bedford, permanent role

Working any 2 days in the week 9am - 3pm (office based) and in addition you will be required to work 3 Saturdays per month, this will be an 8-hour day (working from home).

£12.00 per hour on weekdays

£18.00 per hour on Saturdays

We are recruiting for an established business who recently received their Gold Investors in People award. This is a small business with a family feel. You will be supporting the Operations Manager with administration and be first point of contact to customers over the phone and on email. We are looking for a candidate with a "can-do" attitude, who is friendly and confident talking to people at all levels. You need to be organised and proactive.

The role

First point of contact to customers over the phone and email
Booking jobs in and sending a detailed report of what is required to the field staff
Updating the customer hourly, on job progression
Update and log all information on the system
Raise invoices using Excel
Scanning and filling
General adminSkills and experience required

Must have Admin experience
Must be happy supporting customers over the phone and on email
Strong communicator both written and verbally
Must have good attention to detail and be pro-active
Must be a good problem solver
Self-motivated with a positive attitudeBenefits
