Description:

Liaising with staff and fee earners regarding clients, their files etc.

Managing and collecting debts

Negotiating payment plans where necessary

Responding to client enquires

Providing costs breakdowns and statements

Keeping credit control records up to date

Communicating with the accounts department in regard to costs received

Other reasonable duties as defined by Line Manager.
