Concierge
Manchester City Centre
£11.25 per hour
Monday- Friday 11:00am - 15:30pm
Part-time, Permanent
We are recruiting for a Concierge to join an excellent office space based in Manchester City Centre.
The Concierge will be based at a major building, but will work flexibly across our portfolio within Manchester City Centre to cover sickness and holidays.
Duties and Responsibilities of a Concierge?
* Ensure the building is kept safe at all times, being mindful of risks and reporting where necessary
* Monitor the security of the building including CCTV
* Reception duties, the face of the building, welcome guests, first point of call for clients and colleagues
* Record keeping, ensuring all building patrols, visits and incidents are documented
* Carry out evacuations, fire drills and tests
* Answer any building queries
* Keep the reception area clean and tidy
* Assist the building manager with ordering building parts
We would love to hear from you if you have any of the following experience:
* Previous Concierge experience would be advantageous
* An organised individual
* Professional with a polite manor at all times
* Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* High attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
