Part-Time Client Services Executive
Location: Harlow, Essex
Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Working hours: Flexible between 8:15am and 4:45pm
Salary: £17.07 per hour + company benefits
We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Client Services Executive to join a successful and growing business in Harlow.
This is a varied role combining sales, account management and customer service, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, generating new business and providing excellent service to existing clients.
The Role
* Identify and develop new business opportunities
* Proactively contact prospective clients by telephone and email
* Manage the sales process from lead generation through to conversion
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Develop and grow existing key accounts
* Handle customer enquiries, orders, returns and complaints
* Promote products and services to new and existing customers
* Maintain accurate customer records and sales information
* Research new markets and identify potential opportunities
* Support the wider Customer Services team when required
About You
We are looking for someone with:
* Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service or account management
* A strong track record of generating and closing new business
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Confidence speaking with customers and prospective clients
* A positive, resilient and target-driven approach
* Strong organisational and IT skills, including Microsoft Office
* The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
E-commerce experience would be desirable but is not essential.
