Job Description:
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Childcare Assistant to join our team. As a Childcare Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of exceptional care and education to young children aged 0-5 years. This is a part-time position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a positive impact in children's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and implementation of engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for young children.
Support children in their daily routines, including meal times, toileting, and outdoor play.
Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating learning environment.Requirements:
Genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also demonstrating initiative and independence
Previous experience in a childcare setting is desirable but not essential
