Part-Time Business Support Administrator
We are recruiting for a long-term temporary position providing administrative and service support in Hemel Hempstead.
Monday to Friday 9am-2pm.
The role..
Provide support for travel and accommodation bookings
Process car rental bookings
Responsible for purchasing and ordering of general and specific supplies
Raising purchase orders
Responsible for organising and coordinating internal and external meetings, including booking meeting rooms at our Head Office
Support in ordering marketing promotional items
General support as and when required
To succeed, you need..
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
Computer literate: Microsoft Office is essential, SAP is desired but not essential
A confident, great team player
Must have eye for detail
