Location: Belfast BT9
Salary and Benefits: £20 per hour
Hours of Work: - Part time- 3-4 days a week- 9am- 1pm or 1.45pm – 5.15pm. Maximum 24 hours

The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a successful Property Management company based in Belfast. They would now like to recruit a Part Time Bookkeeper.
The Right role:
* Bank Reconciliation of All Client accounts
* Transaction posting of tenant receipts and payments from all bank accounts to the property management software.
* Assisting with the production of annual and ad hoc management accounts for the portfolio of multi-unit developments, managed by the Property Management Team.
* Sundry Expenditure Payments from Office and Client accounts
* Assisting with the management of Sales Ledger (Invoicing, Receipt Posting , and Reconciliation
* Management of Purchase Ledger (Invoicing, Payments , and Reconciliation ).
* Assisting with for the Payroll Ledger ( Recording Monthly Payroll figures, Reconciliation).
* Monthly bank reconciliation
* Assisting Quarterly Vat Account Compilation &Reconciliation.
* Assisting with Quarterly production of Management Accounts
The Right Fit:
* Meticulous attention to detail and record-keeping skills
* Strong understanding of accounting and financial operations
* Previous experience in a Bookkeeping role
* Honesty and discretion when working with sensitive information
