About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, organised and reliable Part-Time Bookkeeper to join a friendly and supportive team within an established business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping and financial administration, preparing monthly management accounts and providing support across the wider business.
Key Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day bookkeeping and financial administration

Preparing monthly management accounts

Completing bank reconciliations and VAT returns
*
Processing purchase invoices and supplier payments
*
Assisting with payroll information and journals
*
Managing accruals and prepayments
*
Liaising with external accountants
*
Providing general financial and administrative support
Skills & Experience Required
*
Previous bookkeeping experience is essential
*
Confident using Xero and Microsoft Excel
*
Experience preparing monthly management accounts
*
Good understanding of accruals and prepayments
*
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*
Ability to work independently and use initiative
*
Reliable, proactive and well organised
