Part time Administrator
Monday - Friday 9.30am - 2pm
Rotherham - £11.50ph
Free parking

Are you looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience Administration experience within a care home setting? If so, we would love to hear from you!

Search are working with one of their clients in Rotherham to recruit an Administrator to work on a part time basis.

Duties include:

* Act as the first point of contact, by telephone, email or other means
* Entering data into system/spreadsheets
* Liaise with head of care to support resident's accessing activities
* To print resident documentation for completion by care staff
* Update resident handover files following instructions from owners
* To store and distribute company and resident funds for everyday operational requirements
* Produce monthly Company bookkeeping records for submission to accountants
* Liaise with designated head of care to organise staff training courses and the publication of courses for staff to access
* Collate accurate working hours for staff payroll & communicate data to accountants
* To minute meetings maintaining staff confidentiality at all times
