Part time administrator required for our well established client based in Walsall, to work 2 hours a week, on a temporary basis
They are seeking someone with marketing skills, someone who can manage their social media platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Provide admin support to the charity including maintaining records, adequate filling and storage of documents.
* Respond to communications for the organisations including emails, letters, calls and enquiries through website and social media.
* Support the coordination and administration of volunteer support, including passing on communications, organising documents and files and the support documentation for volunteer expenses.
* Support the online marketing including helping with updates on the website, posting on social media, and responding to any interactions.
* Support the CEO in preparing documents and reports for the Trustees.
* Support the Bid Writer with the coordination and collation of information necessary for funding applications and evaluation reports.
* Act as an ambassador for the charity when dealing with key stakeholders, funders and other relevant contacts.
* Work effectively to support colleagues during absence to ensure that the impact on operations is minimised for planned and unplanned absences.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
* Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
* Generate and produce project reports as and when needed
* Assist in the planning and execution of events, projects and initiatives
* Conduct research and compile data for various projects
* Prepare PowerPoint presentations as and when necessary
