Description:
Our client, a well established medical device manufacturer, are on the look out for a Part Time Administrator to join their team in Hertford. The successful candidate will come from an administrative background and provide support to the admin team to support sales and Service functions.
Part time: Thursday and Fridays 08:00 – 17:00
Responsibilities:
* Respond to phone calls, posts, faxes and emails from customers and colleagues in a prompt and professional manner
* Processing orders and monitoring their progress from start to finish
* Handling invoices
* Arranging deliveries with logistics companies
* Chase purchase orders
* Work cross functionally with colleagues from other departments
* Keep ERP and CRM systems up to take
* Review and update reports and spreadsheets
* Keep up to date on product knowledge
Qualifications:
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Excellent telephone manner
* High level of verbal and written communication
* High attention to detail and good organisational skills
* Ability to prioritise workload
* Administration experience within a customer sales and service environment
* Experience with MFG Pro would be advantageous
