My client based in Thame, is currently looking for an Administrator to join their small and very friendly servicing team. This role will be based within their Thame offices working Monday to Friday 9am until 3:30pm, providing full administration support to the key accounts team.

For this role, you will need to be confident liaising with clients and engineers, personable customer skills are required, as well as experience of working with MS packages including Excel.

Day to day duties will include:

* Updating and maintaining customer records and reports

* Booking appointments and meeting rooms

* Providing day to day administration support to operations team

* Liaising between clients and contractors

* Dealing customer queries

This role is on a temporary basis, with a view to become permanent.
