Our client based in Newmarket are seeking a highly organised and detail orientated Part-Time Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
As the Part-Time Administrator you will be:
Providing general administrative support
Processing invoices on the system
Scanning and filing documents
Answering and replying to emails
Greeting visitors
As the Part-Time Administrator you will have:
Previous experience in and administrative role is preferred
Microsoft experience including Excel
To be organised and proactive
Good grammar skills and attention to detail
To be a good team player
