Novara People are recruiting for a Part-Time Admin Assistant to join a well-established business based in Tingley, WF3.
Our client is a long-established UK business supplying timber, panels, decorative materials and associated products to customers across a wide range of industries. They are looking for someone to provide general administrative support within their Leeds office.
Hours: 3–4 days per week, approximately 3–4 hours per day
Hours/days: Negotiable
Duties will include:
- General office administration
- Data entry and updating records
- Answering calls and emails
- Filing and maintaining documents
- Supporting the wider office team with day-to-day tasks
- Using Microsoft Office and internal systems
Skills:
Has basic administration/office experience
Is confident using a computer and Microsoft Office
Has good communication and organisational skills
Is reliable and has good attention to detail
Is looking for a part-time role with the potential to develop into full-time work
